Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to DEF in Bulk.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take 5–7 business days for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
